25 artists have delved into the concept of “Centering”. Their works explore the quest for equilibrium amidst life’s chaos, a universal desire to return from disorder to a sense of centeredness, identity, purpose, and tranquility. The exhibition finds its inspiration in the potter’s craft, where the clay is centered on the wheel, a continuous process that unlocks the material’s potential, transforming it into functional or artistic objects. The artists have interpreted this theme in unique and unexpected ways, resulting in a diverse array of works crafted from glass, video, textiles, interactive light, found objects, and more.
