Open Call for Mila Foundation Prize 2025

The Ceramics & Crafts Association of Israel works to promote and expand dialogue between the fields of fine arts and arts, and between creators in the fields of design, art, and craft, and the general public.

Out of this commitment, the Israeli Artists’ Association has decided to award a prize, funded by the Mila Fund, to a young artist at the beginning of their career, for a solo exhibition based on ceramic material. The exhibition will take place at the B.Y5 Gallery in Tel Aviv during October-November 2025.

The prize will include: curatorial guidance, an artist’s fee of NIS 3000, exhibition production costs including installation, documentation, public relations, and all related to the exhibition.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate of an academic program in ceramics and/or design up to 7 years from the date of graduation.
  • Participation in at least 2 group exhibitions outside of studies and has not presented a previous solo exhibition.
  • Availability and willingness for an in-depth work process with the selected curator starting from January 2025 until the exhibition date and time.
